We offer lessons of all types of dance : multi-danse, ballet, contemporary, jazz, street jazz, pom and even private lessons.

recreational: 3 years plus 45 minutes- 1h a week

Precompetitive: 4 years plus 1h- 3h a week

competitive: 6 years plus 2h- 4h a week

Recreational: 5 years + 1-2 hour classes

 

prep: pre competitive 5years + (1-3 comps a year) 1-3 hours a week

competitve: 8 years + (provincial, and national competitions) 4-6 hours a week

We offer gymnastics classes for all ages.

As of 6 months old till adult, participants work on bars, floor, vault or beam at there own speed.

Rec classes from 6months old: 45 mins-1:15 minutes classes once a week 

​

Developement: 3 years plus: 1h-5 hours a week

Tumbling is the sport of floor gymnastics!  from learning cartwheels to doing running tumbling with flips in the air, everyone is bound to have a good time.
